Chapter 4: Manage Profile – Client Specific

In this section, you can manage (edit/add) profile information related to client specific. Once you successfully login to Business Network Home screen, click Review Profile on the Client home page.

Click the Request Changes button to make the profile editable. This page contains the following tabs:

4.1 Supplier

Select and click on each of the section as shown in above figure and enter/select all the required mandatory details in the following sections:

4.1.1 Basic Details

The Basic Details section on a supplier’s profile consists of basic information about the supplier like the Legal Company Name, etc.

4.1.2 Identification Information

The Identification Information section holds the supplier identification information such as the identification type and number.

4.1.3 Business Information

The Business Information section captures various Business and Marketing details of the supplier including revenue, profit, etc. as shown in below figure.

4.1.4 Supplier Onboarding

The Supplier Onboarding section includes the information about which document you plan to continue the Supplier Info.  Click the View Details to view the section mapped against that relation type.

4.1.5 Contact Information

The Contact Information section allows you to update supplier contacts, define roles and designate any contact as primary to the supplier profile.

4.1.6 Associated Documents

The Associated Documents section displays all the documents associated with a supplier such as RFx, Contracts, Invoices, etc. Select any tab to view the applicable documents.

4.1.7 Diversity and Certificates

The Diversity and Certificate section allows you to add, update, or delete certificate details along with their respective attachments. Additionally, you can include information such as the Effective From and Expiry Date of certificates under the Add Attachment slider.

4.1.8 Notes and Attachments

This section allows you to upload soft copies of the documents and additional Documents and Notes for the Supplier. Upload all relevant documents either as scanned or as individual attachments.

4.2 Location

You can view the Location Information in the Location Details and Address sections.

4.2.1 Location Details

The Location Details section contains the Location name, Location code, etc. Select the Inactive/Active checkboxes to make the location details active/inactive

4.2.2 Address

The Address section contains information like Street, Country, etc.
