Platform

Platform is the foundational module that serves the functional and technical needs of all products in GEP QUANTUM through the provision of common frameworks, file and document repositories, user and document management functionalities, audit logs, and standard product configurations. Platform has a sizeable and growing array of mini products that are indispensably integrated with full-fledged customer-facing modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, and P2P. Global Search and Administration consoles are noteworthy Platform products.

In this release, we have 02 feature/enhancement that has been added to this already feature-rich product.

Ability to Identify Unread Comments

With this release, the comments component now displays the Unread count in the Viewing drop-down to help highlight and easily navigate to the unread comments. Additionally, an Unread chip is placed against every new comment that is not read yet.

 

Enhanced Search Results Interface

GBSRCH-8845 | Configurable: No

Customer: Bank of America

With this release, results are now grouped at the module level instead of the application level. Each result displays Document Status, Created/Modified By, and Created/Modified On. Matching keywords are highlighted in yellow.

You can view a document’s entire lifecycle through the document hierarchy icon. The search filter now shows only modules with actual search results and the option View in Workbench.
