Inventory Mngmt – Enhancements to Inventory Characteristics Modification

With this release, you can update the characteristics of an item or lot through the characteristics modification of the Material Movement transaction type. The same change is applied to the inventory across all stock type buckets with the same unique parameter combination. Additionally, if some characteristics are blank in the selected stock type but hold values in other stock types for the same item and lot unique parameter combination, then a validation pop-up appears while performing characteristics modification Material Movement transaction.

 

Inventory Mngmt – Incorporating AI Agent with Automated Part Number Conversion

With this release, an AI Agent is integrated with the Part Number (PN) conversion process, providing the capability to directly upload the PN conversion MS Excel file to the AI Agent chat prompt. Additionally, you can see the follow-up updates and progress through an interactive AI Agent chat prompt.

 

Inventory Mngmt – Ability to Identify Non-Existing Part Numbers

With this release, you can directly identify and differentiate between existing and non-existing Part Numbers (PN) on  the GEP side from the Reconciliation Details workbench. A new column PN Exists in GEP is introduced for the same. The application displays a warning pop-up if you select a record with Part Number marked as No in the PN Exists in GEP column and perform discrepancy rectification.

 

 

 

 

 

Time Series – Enhancements to PO Creation via AI Agent

With this release, the following enhancements are made to the PO creation agent to improve automation and visibility:

  • The AI Agent is invoked when any Supply Collaboration has the Auto Create PO attribute set to True and transitions to a status enabled for invocation for the following supported statuses:

  • Pending Supplier Commit

  • Ready for PO Creation

  • On the Order Workbench, the Source System name is displayed as AI Agent for POs created using the agent.

  • The AI Agent’s response to the prompt, How many collabs pending PO creation now includes the following additional columns:

  • Item Category

  • Collab Status

  • Region

  • Count of POs

  • Total PO Quantity

  • Computation Refresh Timestamp

  • A new validation logic ensures that if a user query includes past dates, the agent automatically adjusts them to either the next day or the Monday of the following week, depending on context.

ASN – Enhancements to Auto Packing Functionality

With this release, auto-packing is based on master data, allowing handling units to be packed within other handling units as part of the packing activity. This is an enhancement to the existing auto-pack functionality.

 

ASN – Introducing Duplicate Serial Number Check

With this release, a check is added to prevent serial number duplication. The application now validates the combination of Item Number + Serial Number + ASN Status and only allows you to enter unique serial numbers.

 

ASN – Auto Calculating Net Weight and Dimensions

With this release, the application automatically calculates the Handling Unit’s Net Weight and Dimensions based on the items packed within it and handles UOM conversion for all weight and dimension attributes.
