In this release, 04 feature/enhancements are added to Analytics.

 

Improved Workflow Management

With this release, as a Workflow owner, you can delete a Workflow that is not published. This allows removal of outdated, incorrect, or unnecessary Workflows and keeps your Workspace clean and organized.

 

Introducing Workflow Versioning

With this release, Workflow versioning is introduced to enhance auditability, traceability, and flexibility in managing workflow changes. You can now view and load previous workflow versions, enabling easy comparison with the current version to track changes, audit modifications, and monitor progress over time. If recent updates are no longer needed, you can seamlessly revert to an earlier version with a single click. These versions are retained for a limited time.

 

 

Self-Service XA Domain Setup via Setup Manager

With this release, Extensible Analytics allows migration customers to initiate the XA domain model setup directly within the application, eliminating the previous dependency on engineering support. This setup can now be performed seamlessly via the Setup Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

Introducing ‘Load’ Button to Reduce API Rate

With this release, the load button is introduced on the reporting canvas to enhance the report creation process.

  • Once all the reporting objects are selected, click Load to populate the records.

  • The Load button is re-enabled if changes are made to the existing reporting structure or new reporting objects are added. You must click Load again to update the records based on the updated selection.

  • The Load button is disabled once used with the selected set of reporting fields.

  • The Save button is enabled once the records are populated.

Note: This enhancement populates the records from the reporting objects only after the Load button is triggered.
