Factsheet Management
Factsheet is a one stop destination and a runtime reporting model where information pertaining to source documents like RFx, Auction, Projects, and Contracts, can be stored. It is treated as a summary document and integrated with the approval workflow of the source document's or standalone. The summary report generated in a PDF format can also be custom designed via MS word capabilities.
In this release, 02 features/enhancements have been added to Factsheet Management.
Integration of Platform Audit Log

With this release, Factsheet is now integrated with the Platform Audit Log, enabling the tracking of audit changes.
Enhanced Question Limit in Factsheet

Prior to this release, the Factsheet would stop functioning if the number of questions exceeded 100.
With this release, a maximum number of questions can be defined at the domain level. The factsheet now continues to function until the defined limit is reached. Additional questions beyond this limit can still be added, but they will be discarded, and only the maximum allowed questions will be retained.
